EkeLoad double deck doubles the number of pallets

EkeLoad double deck makes it possible to load goods on two levels. Doubling the number of pallets gives excellent cost savings.

EkeLoad consists of rails in the sidedoors and walls in which the loadbars fit. The recessed rails do not take up load space and can not in any way damage the goods carried. The loadbars can either be fitted in the rails in the doors or in poles on the door side (extra equipment). The pole system makes it possible to load from the side with double deck fitted. The poles are adjustable with 100 mm spaces between 1250-1750 mm. There are also special straps and lashing rings that fit in the rails. EkeLoad can be designed for 1 metre British or Finnish pallets or 1.2 metre EUR pallets. EkeLoad is very popular in food transport, where it is not always possible to stack pallets.




EkeLoad-double deck doubles the number of pallet spaces. The loadbars are easy to fit and dismount. The bars can be stored under the ceiling when not in use or in the loadbar box.
